Thank u boss. I know a full length of rod is about 39m long. Can a length of rod produce one basket of rod for the pillars. Say u cut them into 4 parts of 9m .

Then secondly is it true that there must be a pillar for every 12feet spacing(partition).

In baskets, there are sizes. If the basket is up to 1.2 meters in width, then a length of rod cannot produce a basket. A length of rod is about 39.5 feet, (about 11.9 meters)

No, there no law that states that. In modern design a pillar can even be 20 feet apart if it's done to produce a desired effect. But such decisions should only be made by a professional after due consideration of certain structural factors.
