I think you arrogate a lot to your self because you are smart. I very well believe you have a right not to believe in God but not the right to act as if you know and understand everything thereby trying to argue the logic of God's omniscience.
You are a mere mortal and there is a sound logic both scientific and philosophical, to belief in God.
Even if you don't believe in God as a Creator and a higher power, you cannot objectively prove God's nonexistence.
A little humility and respect for differing view points will go a long way.
Why insult the idea of what others believe in when you don't believe in anything that can be rationally discussed.

That's a false equivalence. There is a mighty difference between sending your children to school and impregnating someone without her consent.
