Looking into buying a volvo S40 I have 2options a S40 2.4i (2004) or S40 T5 2006 model...pls house..which is more better to go for? Someone said 2.4i has more fuel economy than the T5 due to its higher turbo charge....pls I need advice plus input on which to go for...Thanks. |

stillseth:2004 2.4L I5 vs 2006 2.5L T5 The fuel economy between both is extremely Negligible but the power advantage the 2.5T will have over the 2.4 NA is enormous. I would pick the 2006 because 1. It is a more recent model year and with that engine it would out perform the 2004 2. The 2006 would have more interior accessories than the 2004 3. The 04 is the 1st batch in that model design all flaws associated with that model year would have been fixed in 2006. |
