They also do wire transfer, check but don't use the first option use the one to manage it yourself and do use only e-book unless you are ready for the task

open the kdp account.....when u are done...try to click " create new title" amazon will prompt and take you to a page to start filling your tax details...tell me what u see on each page and i will tell u what to click or not....
