Contractors : Tigerkenn Homes
Duration : 120 days, (depending on other factors)
Budget: To be revealed later

Wow, the architecture is nice but the rooms are just too few... With such a massive house, one would think it'd have at least 6 bedrooms... But na owners choice.

Some parts of Ebonyi do measure a plot as 100ft by 100ft. Perhaps Ohaozara is one of such areas, which could be the reason for the land size.

I think they must have bought as Virgin land. I love the big space .

100 ft X 60 ft in most parts of Enugu. But you will find 100 X 50 in some new estates.

That'll be 3 plots in places where plots are measured at 100ft by 50ft.

The foundation excavation for this new house is not going as fast as I want it, I just have to increase the number of workers to speed up the work today...........

Please bro, can 2 lengths of 16mm rod be enough for a starter bar and a basket ?.

Also, for the foundation of pent house/Duplex can 12mm be used for basket and the starter bar with 16mm?

No, for this one on the picture above, 1 length of rod makes only one starter bar.

On the second question, only your building plan and your land can help in designing a foundation plan for you.

Surprisingly, it's so difficult to find available workers in this very town at normal rates. I plan to start this site with too many workers from Enugu tomorrow.

To an extent, I think its laziness. Why will the youths be more interested in going to festivities instead of going to work. I was promised that they will come out massively today but after their lack of interest even when approached, I might ban all of them and import workers from the city. I am waiting on the team who is casting a DPC for me in Enugu today to move to Ebonyi after this work. Its really annoying that even when there's employment, youths want to be begged to work.

It is surprising to see that this is a pandemic, all over eastern part of Nigeria, The young man don't want work anymore (labourer), Rather all want to do Internet Scam, As a way to fast cash. Same problem in my community, Whereby you start a construction and they promise to come and work only to disappear for days. i remember in my days working as a labourer, i sometimes skip school on Friday to be able to work Friday and Saturday so i can have enough fund to carry me for the week ahead. as friday's are a lazy day at most schools.

We continued work with more human resources coming from out of town to work here........
