Am a quiet person and keep to my self........have few friend depression hit me tonight and I tone a sponge to end my life I want to buy snipper but I can't leave my room. ...am breathing and sobing heavily my girlfriend left me for another guy I see them At work every day..I want to resign ...I am carelessand keep losing money.......can't get a good job, masburbate and have low self esteem.....I need someone to talk to

Everything u av mentioned is nothing new,and definitely not an atom of reason for u to end ur precious life.Believe me she left ur life so a better person can come into ur life.As for ur other reasons,u can make adjustment and correct those bad habits..........Have u thought about the untold pain ur demise will cause ur loved ones?

Talk to God...He is always beside you but your sins don't allow you to feel His presence.. Move closer to Him..and you shall be saved.

Have a new girlfriend (a year ago) and a very good job thanks all
