It's not always easy to find good job right after graduating. I remember I was so stressed out while that period of time. I was completely lost because of this whole unknown future. Thank to my parents who supported me and I overcame all this. And if you are looking for help with your resume writing I would like to share this with you https://craftresumes.com/resume-rewrite-service/. Hope it will help you like it helped me one day wink

Hello guys.

I stay in Abuja and would like reading partner/s. who stays around Lugbe/Kuje/gwawalada axis.

I'm not good with this online thing and I feel that a group of people together practicing and reading together would make us achieve more.

Bikonu, ejoor, Dan Allah ... if you are interested please send a DM let's plan how to meet up. We must pass o!

Thank you.
Although the test is over, I'm also In abuja. Need study partner for the interview stage

Hi, I'm looking for a "swap mate". My interview is scheduled for May 17; a date that would not be convenient for me. So, anyone (billed for a later date) willing to swap should kindly mention me or send a pm. Thanks!

still waiting on the tax apprenticeship program. Didn't pass the graduate trainee assessment test, don't know whether its because of the numerical or verbal or the OPQ assessment. Will start studying for the tax apprenticeship test.

Recap of how my interview went.

First thing to note is the interview is at Landmark towers not CPP place.
Though should you make the same mistake I made this morning fixing it is quite easy (Landmark is a stone's throw away)

My interview was for 8:30am and I got to the venue quite early as I was coming from the mainland and I didn't want to risk getting there late due to traffic.

I met a lady who had gotten there earlier for the same interview and soon afterwards others started to arrive.

There was 10 of us and we got spilt in two groups five per group (the selection was random or at least so it seemed)

The first stage was group discussion, the first 5 went for theirs first and when they got back my group went for ours.

We had taken out time to plan our discussions and assigned roles before going in so this helped during the group presentation, every member of my team had valuable contributions and the team leader coordinated us well. I handled the presentation.

Fresh topics are delivered to each group so don't bother asking me what topic was asked, however, know this, the topics would be something you can relate to. It also helps if you have a diverse group.

We all went back to the waiting room where biscuits and tea as well as water was available for those who required them.

Interviews started not long after. Each group had a panel and each member of the group gets called to be interviewed one at a time in the order with which they arrived.

I arrived second this meant I was interviewed second.

The lead time between the first interviewee and my interview was about 90 minutes.

Do take bathroom breaks as much as you need before your turn.

The interview itself.

Well I can't repeat blow by blow all the questions I was asked but I'd say this.

A. Be prepared to talk about yourself excluding everything you have on your CV. Especially if your CV isn't loaded.

B. Majority of my questions if not all was tied to my freelancing career.

You will be drilled! You can't coast through the interview if you have not prepared well. These interviewers are not there to joke they take notes and ask intelligent questions based on your response.

What tip would I give you?

1. Read up on answers to standard interview questions.

2. Prepare answers to behavioral questions. 90% of what I was asked was behavioral based on answers I gave earlier on.

3. Be ready to defend the unit you picked.

4. Smile, breathe and be confident. Don't rush with your answers.

I wish you all the best

Now the wait begins...

Quick one, during the presentation, did each team member chip in point randomly or in a prescribed manner?
