Excision in progress is no excision because govt might not excise the size of land being asked for by the landowners.I am talking about real excision.Some real estate companies always specify that they will give you excision in progress which is very dangerous because you might lose your land when the govt rejects to excise what you have bought.

Excision is only granted to indigenous communities, not individuals. Go and find out the meaning of excision and you will delete your post.
