Ah...see this senseless boy, why is it difficult for Yeasterners to allow an Hausa man to become Governor in Enugu? Ode.
How many Igbos or even hausas has won anything in ogun, oyo, osun, ekiti, ondo?

...I am sure you will mention Lagos now forgetting that Lagos was the capital of Nigerian till the 90s reason why Igbos and other none-yirubas are there in large numbers..while democracy is a game of numbers...

Simple.

The number of Igbos that have won election in diapora is getting intimidating. While these people are making Waves all over the world by occupying some elective position in a civilized societies, vultures were busy throwing an owammbbe party that one Igbo candidate who has done a lot for her constituents was rigged out in just concluded HOR election re-run in SW which we all know that she's likely to reclaim her mandate judging based on the fraudulent activities that took place during the re-run ..
It's this attitude that made one Erudite Scholar to describe them as bunch of sophisticated morons because they have placed tribalism stupidity ahead of competence hence their stagnancy in Life both generally and on individual basis... You can check the average ones around you for confirmation.

What more can I say other than to say a big congratulations to this young man ?..

I am more lagosian than you and that doesn't mean I am claiming Lagos but it means in reality I've contributed more to the progress and development of Lagos than you.

No one is claiming your land anywhere and anytime, if you're truly the owners of Lagos, show it not only in words but also in action.
Hear your self, even if you contributed your entire life to a place does that place you higher than the owner? How can you be more lagosian than me when you are a second class citizen & I am a true indigene? Stop deceiving yourself with this contribution talk. You think your contribution puts you above the native of the land? Secondly, about showing that we are the owners of Lagos you just decide to be blind to it. Oya hear now: Decision on Lagos governance is being taking by the Yoruba's .Let any other tribe ( or even yeebos) try take decision on the governance if they can. So if we have done this, stop deceiving yourself we have proved ownership since Independence.

You clearly stated, John Richard Archer was mixed race, is mixed race the same as black? Even more, African?
It's not just that. You see the guy is a full naija brought up and not one who was born there or left naija as a kid. This guy left Nigeria barely 21 years ago as an adult. And he's got political office in another man's country.

Now I've been in Lagos for over 30 years and I can't freely vote my choice because it doesn't tally with Tinubus choice.

You see how messed up our society is?

The Iyaloja just proved to you that Lagos is for us. Try go against it if it is for you.

Who is hindering an Hausa or as a matter of fact any other Nigerian nationality from contesting an election in Igbo land, you yourself is free to contest and if you have the adequate grassroots support needed for success in the polls why not?

Don't come and say that Igbos will not vote for the person because the Igbos who won elections in Lagos weren't voted in by the Yorubas. So if you have a sizeable concentration of your ethnic nationality voters in the SE then try your luck, you're backed constitutionally. So stop deceiving yourself by trying to make a point where non exist.
This picture I attached isnt coming up...It's a postal of an Hausa man who contested for a councillorship position and reaction of ur ppl...
This is what's hindering every other tribe from contesting in Yeast. Your ppl are mean to themselves let alone, outsiders. Don't try to call water kerosine, they are different things bro!
