The reason SW doesn't have refinery is because the federal government didn't want to build one there. Its that simple. They would rather have one in Kaduna at the time. The issue is dead now considering private refiners are coming in.

Why did they need to build a new refinery if they could just build pipeline to Warri? (Assuming nobody blows it up)

Lord chosen is igbo church with less than 0.05 % of yoruba in attendance all over the country...evn if you find the church in ogun..its members ate usually only igbos....

Now winners prides itself as a natioal detribalized church only in the periods of " offerings" but when it comes to the leadership of any unit branch...the indigenes hosting the church are forced to take a back sit...
