The seller bought it in November 2017 from USA And he said he wants to sell because he just got a brand new official car from his office and that he can't managed the Two cars. i believe what he’s trying to say is that with 2m, you can get a direct toks car that you can start a journey with together and not a Naija used you don’t know the story behind especially maintenance wise

why don't you buy something cheaper to start Uber with since you are testing the waters.

Let me also add this, I also have a friend who wants to start Uber too, he budget 1.8m for 2003-7 corolla toks. he said he doesn't want to buy naija used to avoid stories. my advice 1.9m is already enough to start uber with tokunbo cars, buy tokunbo and let your mind be at one place.
