I heard they speak Edo language there, so why did Obasanjo adminstration fraudulently ceded it to south west, ondo state.?

If you are familiar with Osun state. There is a town called Ila where we have Osun state college of education, Ila-Orangun. They share similar dialect and traditions with people from Kwara state and yet they were not ceded to kwara.
