He is too slow and can't use pace to make up for his limited skill set.
Our issues are complex and might not even be solved by next season.
We lack midfielders and we have no defense.

All he does for a 350,000 player is to recycle possession throughout the match. No top team use a number ten anymore, it's 4-3-3 now with wingers on both sides of the pitch. Guendouzi doesn't have Impressive shooting ability, he doesn't give incisive passes to the forward players and hardly takes up the challenge to mark out an opposing player and remain on his feet afterwards.
