Shatap, i was student of anambra state university during his tenure. We only went on strike the period there was nation wide strike. He build ANSU parmanent site from scratch. I don't support any Nigerian politician but Obi is one of the few less corrupt politicians we have in this country.

Wasn’t it the same Peter Obi that said education was not meant for the poor after he hiked ANSU school fees. Obi is more corrupt than the average Nigerian politician. Keep fooling yourself. There's never a time ANSU went on independent strike till i graduated. All the strikes were when ASSU are on strike. As for the investment, it's generating fund for the state so i don't no what you are talking about. Obi did a great job in Anambra state. Anambra state is financially balanced today is due to Obi's style of governance. During the oil boom, Obi was the only governor that saved for the future. He made so many investment for the state which the current governor is enjoying today. I'm from Anambra State, i know the condition of the state before Obi took over. If he had miss managed the state resources then, now Obiano would have been finding it difficult like other state governors. While i was in secondary school, we were made to seat at home for two years without going to school. Then Anambra was in serious crisis. Please give some credit to the man. I know he is not a saint but he initiated some good plan for the state.

Apart from that Doctors also went on strike for months during his tenure also. You people talk as if we were not in anambra when this fraud Peter Obi was governor.

For your information Peter Obi met a working government, it was Ngige that inherited a mess as governor after the Mbadinuju strike, it was Ngige that called off the strike and started road revolution in Anambra when Peter Obi met.

Obi remain the best governor Anambra state have ever had. From the day i got admission in the school till i graduated, we didn't go on any independent strike. The only time we were sent home was when we had protest for increment of the school fee. We blocked Igbariam junction which left travelers stranded along Onitsha - Enugu express way stranded. Some students lost their lives. After that incident, the school was closed down for some weeks before it was reopen. There was never a strike apart from the ASSU strikes. By the way tell me school in Nigeria that doesn't go on strike. Even FG owned institutions go on strike. You haven't explain your problem with Obi. What did he do to you.
