Nigeria Army had been using them since inception. It only reduced drastically during Buhari era after he ensured all defence procurement are done .

He supplied some without rotors and one of them crashed because the rotors of another helicopter were fixed on it and killed 2 pilots flying it. The rotors were too heavy.
