Sony are the 100% winners in the Spiderman inclusion in MCU. All they now do is take the BO money while doing nothing. Seems like a sweet deal to me. And by the way, the Six Spiderman movies under Sony yielded almost $3B, that's high profit...

Endgame was FAR from trash. Easily on par with CW and even IW in terms of quality

I didn't even enjoy Black Panther. But its easily a 7/10. FAR from trash.

Using your kind of logic, ALL DCEU movies (save for MAYBE Wonder woman) are TRASH because i could make an argument now that NO other DCEU film is as good as

I'd rather Spiderman stay in the MCU and be sure of both critical and financial success than for Spiderman to stay with Sony and continue receiving bad reviews and steadily decreasing revenue at the B.O.

Hence, i easily symphatize with fans who wanted Venom to fail

Spiderman is Marvels biggest character. Whether it's in the MCU or not means jack because Sony knows that he is a profitable character, as does Marvel. So, even if Sony decided not to allow Spiderman into the MCU, Marvel(Disney) will still ensure that they help make its movie a success as the brand depends on it...
Sony only took advantage of Marvel, that's all.
