2. Did you submit your sibling's PR card, utility bills or bank statement, bio-data page of sibling's passport?
3. Did your sibling mention you in his/her PR application and vice versa?

Birth certificates or NPC attestation of birth? Depending on your age, the birth certificate may not be an acceptable proof. Attestation of birth is what NPC advised IRCC on for those born prior the decree setting up NPC. I've read about it somewhere on a rejection sent to someone.

This may be one of the snag.

Depends on if it is SSCE or GCE.

Affidavit at the court.
Three passports.
Two office envelopes
Scratch card.
Confirmation of waec result fee
Courier fee.
Wes no.

GCE all these plus attestation done by a clergyman man, professionals like Lawyers, doctors, Engineers, with a letter head and stamped.

photocopy of the original document is what they meant. not statement of result. i sent mine with statement of result, the requested for the original cert. i scanned and sent to them. also your transcript must come from your school

I am attaching the NON-NPC birth certificate issued at the hospital. Do you think I should get the Attestation of birth and attach both?

My sibling is married and I would be staying with her for the first few months while my fsmiky would join after I am settled.

I am already scared of this rejectionni just read. Please help out.

I'm most certain it's because of the NPC attestation. NPC had written to IRCC in 2011 on the acceptable doc for proof of birth. See attached communication from Manitoba on someone's application

I had to retake WAEC in another school for a duration of 1year now my question is i want to know if this duration(which I am expected to insert) will not affect my application knowingfully well that secondary school education is supposed to be for a period of 6years.

I have not taken any international trips but my husband(PA) has. Should I say no (for me) or Yes (for husband). Husband's travel details will be mentioned in his section why do I have to also mention it in my section.

I heard some people just bought scratch card and enclosed it in the envelope sent by school with copy of the waec result and WES did the evaluation. I do not how true this is. Can anyone confirm this here? I am planning doing same for my wife's certificate evaluation with WES.

Please i need advice...l am the primary applicant and my husband will be migrating with me. We have a child together(1 yr old),he also has a child outside wedlock(9 yrs ago) and the child has been staying with my mother in law. Our marriage is 3yrs old.
Now my questions
1)Can we apply for him to go with us as a dependant?
2)How many dependants do I have if he is not going with us?

The refusal letter stated that they couldnt establish the relationship with my sibling in canada and because i claimed points for him, my crs points was below the draw for the which i was given ITA.
