@Tops.mamen @joo2.018, So I was thinking because of the peculiarity surrounding EE applications being processed in Accra we could have a compilation of the already approved applications (if possible on Page 1) that were processed there so that every future applicants that suddenly found themselves their files in Accra can browse through so as to pick one or two lessons or hopes from their timeline/PPR stories. I can tell you it sure helped us alot in the WhatsApp group when certain researchers gave us insight about what's obtainable about how AVO handled all classes of Visa Applications round the year.

Good idea but would this be all AVO applications or just those sent there for special cases. AVO gets some applications from just work redistribution

from my calls to IRCC[

You might have to go back to whichever thread was running during October and read that section. Then pm whoever announced that they were setting up a group at the time.
October 2018 should be part 5

Please guys, how do engaged couples apply for upfront medicals prior to their wedding especially because I'm sure the medical form would come with a provision for marital status.

Do they apply for the medicals as single or married?

1. Single because they're not yet married, but wouldn't it raise eyebrows when they eventually apply for invitation as married?

2. Married because they would eventually get married before applying for invitation, is this a wrong approach to it?

I hope this question makes sense enough to elicit any helpful advice. Thanks in anticipation.

Cool idea. Will look into it.

I think ifeoma77's contribution about applications with challenges is also cool.

I don't think there is a law against past tense, but I will advise for present tense as it is a JD not a resume.

Kiitan195344:
Please when claiming a previous role, should duties be stated in past tense? Just trying to be careful.

Hello Everyone,

I have a slight challenge. I was refused PPR after 10 months.

The refusal letter stated that they couldnt establish the relationship with my sibling in canada and because i claimed points for him, my crs points was below the draw for the which i was given ITA.

Kindly advise.

Thank you.

Can you post a picture of the refusal letter without any personal identifiers? We can only assume that its because of the NPC issue but seeing the letter will help shed more light.

1. Yes. You will choose that you did not get an ECA.

2. Not necessary. I submitted more than the POF account though. Anyhow try not to confuse the visa officer.

Zeeleo:
Hi.
Please, i got my ita on May1st and while filling my documents i got confused. I have only evaluated my Masters degree and not my Bachelor's degree.
1. Should i include my Bachelor's degree in my education history.
2. Do i need to include bank statements for all my bank account numbers or just the account with the POF.

If there is any whatsapp group i can join please share
Thank you very much.

I'm really sorry about your situation. The first thing you should do is order GCMS notes, that way you'll know the exact thoughts of the VO and so know how to channel your appeal/new application.
Sending you hugs

Good idea.

Provide the full facts, hope and pray and let the V/MO make an informed decision.

Justsolo:

Thanks for your input. I will definitely fill the PR application truthfully. There's no sense in looking over one's shoulder forever.

But the real question is, could they still charge me for misrepresentation from previous TRV, even though I will be filling my PR truthfully and there won't be any misrepresentation in it? Especially in this case that I will be the one mentioning the Denied Entry myself, not like They discover on their own.

I've checked and checked over the Internet but the closest to this situation that I found was from the
CIC Enforcement Manual (ENF Manual 2 s 9.3) gotten from the link below;
http://overseastudent.ca/migratetocanada/IMMGuide/CICManual/enf/enf02-eng.pdf Section 9.7 on Page 33.

"An application for a visa abroad, or for entry into Canada at a port of entry may be denied based on a misrepresentation made in connection with the current application or examination only, unless the person was previously the subject of a refusal for misrepresentation and the resulting two-year inadmissibility period has not elapsed".

The emphasis here is on the "current" application. This document may be outdated though.

I've been advised to consult an experienced immigration lawyer but I'm thinking I can just go ahead and apply on my own. Moreover, immigration lawyers are expensive and POF self never complete.

Seniors, what do you think please?

Gurus in the house.

I have worked for my organization from 2006 till date in different capacities and grade.

While claiming point, i claimed point for the period 2011-2015 under a different NOC from my current Job function.

However, my current payslip has my new role from 2016 till date which i want to also attach.

Is this misrepresenation, please?

How can i resolve it?

Technically, it shouldn't be misrepresentation. Just ensure the period from 2016 to date is in your personal history. Others can share their opinions.

Hello everyone.

Please is anyone in my shoes?
My wife's credentials has been acknowledged by WES since last week Thursday and last time it was updated was on 29/04/2019.

See the screen shot.

I have called, emailed them, sent dm via Twitter and yet, it's still reading the same message.

If you are in this issue, what have you done please?
They should give you a completion date soon, hopefully this week..if not keep bombarding them on Twitter

I heard some people just bought scratch card and enclosed it in the envelope sent by school with copy of the waec result and WES did the evaluation. I do not how true this is. Can anyone confirm this here? I am planning doing same for my wife's certificate evaluation with WES.

This isn't true. It must be sent by WAEC. I am not sure the rules have changed. They need it sent from WAEC because of numerous forgeries they receive from Nigerian applicants.

However, you can send a message to them and verify. It will not be nice if they reject your documents.
If that were acceptable, everyone would not be going through the stress of WAEC.

However, anyone who has done such and is successful can share their experiences.

Please I am trying to fill the WES online application.

I had to retake WAEC in another school for a duration of 1year now my question is i want to know if this duration(which I am expected to insert) will not affect my application knowingfully well that secondary school education is supposed to be for a period of 6years.

Thank you.

No, it will not.

You're good to go. This particular argument involves NPC, yours is from the hospital which is the actual birth certificate.

They are not using NPC documents
I think It's NPC that issues birth certificate in hospitals

Ha...I don't think that's what he/she meant to ask o. I thought the person was asking about WAEC scratch card issues. I don't think WES has lowered the standard as far as WAEC statement of result is concerned.
