What are you talking about ..the situation is not different from that of USA. Almost all those on death row had spent not less than 20 to 30 years on trial. This is a murder case . It will take additional 10years for her case to get to supreme court...she is not even going to be handed even if supreme court supports the verdict. No governor wanna sign death warrant. That was why i didn't submit my application to become a hangsman. ..I want to be choping off head every time but I might stay donkey years without chopping off a single head. Government should please intervene through the court of appeal in this matter! This is a case of manslaughter!

Cases that deserve the death sentence are cases like assassination, killing during armed robbery and all cases of intentional killings!


I just dey pity this lady since after reading this news.

Please, all lawyers of good conscience should intervene in this matter and save this lady! She can be jailed for like 10yrs plus the 6yrs already spent.

She killed her during a fight! Not like she intentionally picked up the knife and stabbed her! She was wrong and I sympathize with the family of the victim, but this case needs to be looked into again!
