buhari was save from disgraceful defeat but thief atiku was now disgracefully defeated, although thief atiku won.

I can understand. In January this year. The governor of Borno was crying that the insecurity in Borno is too much.

I even learnt that the yobe state governor could not vote in his place due to insecurity.

Only for inec to announce huge humongous votes for places that are not safe. Also note the Bornu and yobe have large numbers of internally displaced persons.

Hence when you take into consideration the level of insecurity and internally displaced persons, you then begin to wonder how those places have high vote turnouts than places that are save.
