My question is, how can two judges presented with the facts on a matter pass two different judgments?

This doesn't make sense at all.

One was passing biafra judgement the other used the 1999 Nigerian constitution as amended.

Makes sense now?

Osun is a state in south west Nigeria. The igbo are the dominant ethnic group in South east Nigeria. I wonder why some people will choose to be restless by calling the Igbo on an issue they have no business with

[The Appeal Court told that Igbo man that head the Election Tribunal that he has no right to cancel the rerun election.

The chairman of the tribunal actually supported Oyetola and gave a dissenting judgement but the other two members are in majority.

It's a pity that our judiciary is now a tool in the hands of APC to deny the people their rights to choose their preferred leader through the ballots.

Nonsense

When you won at the tribunal everything was perfect until you lost the appeal.

The revered and noble Justices of the Supreme Court will upturned the judgement. Adeleke won the election fair and square
So now the supreme court justices are noble right?

But we all expected this. We all knew the supreme court will have the final say. it is a given. So those celebrating or anguishing should hold on first. Game just enter penalty shootout.

I wasn't expecting a different outcome knowing how hopelessly corrupt, compromised, and incompetent most justices of the Appeal Court judge are - led by that stupid woman that parades herself as Appeal Court President.

That's the same thing that would happen in the presidential election tribunal. The stupid woman and her compromised panel of judges would rule in favour of Buhari and the APC, but the Supreme Court would deliver the ultimate shocker.

Let's go to the Supreme Court and get Adeleke's mandate first, and then Atiku's later. That's a certainty.
Dream, dreamer, dellusionist
The wailing continues.

This doesn't make sense at all.

It does make sense...that's why you have appeal and supreme.

Some judges are either biased or don't interpret the evidence presented to them well.

Is Nigeria so cursed,Liverpool beat Barca without anybody pointing accussing finger to the ref,Toteham did the same thing to Ajax but juxtapose it with the Nigerian setting, the reverse is the case. Instead of the elecctoral fraud pepertrated by this criminals power, the appeal court based its judgement on composition of the tribunal. What a shame.

The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja has set aside the judgement of the Osun State Governorship Election Tribunal which nullified the victory of Governor Gboyega Oyetola.

Delivering the lead judgement on Thursday, Justice Hannatu Sankey set aside the entire proceedings of the Tribunal because of its “faulty composition”.

The judgment of the appellate court was upheld by four justices of the five-man panel.

. Out of the 12 issues raised in the appeal and counter appeals 10 were decided on favour of Oyetola while two were in favour of Adekeke...Among others the tribunal ruled that the absence of the judge who read the majority judgement in the tribunal when APC was presenting its witnesses made the whole tribunal a mess and a nullity of the whole process....

I know PDP won that election.
But I’m not sorry for Adeleke.
PDP is been served with the same cup they used in serving others when they where holding power. I hope Atiku looses too. What goes around comes around. I remember how used to rig elections then, it’s APC turn now, only GOD can say otherwise.
Whoever resides in Osun during that will not doubt your fact.
AAPC or whatever the name changed to should except similar treatmemt from future PDP government.
