Nigerians don't have that mental capacity to innovate, neither do we have the culture of maintenance, all we do is create and abondon it to keep running itself while we hope to milk billions from it.

This is why all our roads, schools, industries, agencies, houses, estates, railway lines, transport systems, and everything is in shambles.

Seun ought to have reached out to interested partners to pump in money to get first class coders, programmers and brand marketers to revolutionize Nairaland and transform it beyond what it is.

I have a lot of ideas to help transform Nairaland and position it to bring in more money for Seun and partners, but I know, Nigerians don't regard any other person except the founder of any idea undecided
Give examples of the ideas.

Sites such as Facebook, Twitter and so son on received hundreds of millions of dollars in investment and for many years made massive losses until they started making profits.

If Seun was overseas and I'm sure the site would be more advanced than this

But again, let's be honest, must changes be made for the sake of changes? Craigslist is basically still the Craigslist of years ago. WhatsApp has barely changed too. At times, change is unnecessary. Majority of those on Nairaland are happy just the way it is. Had you not complained, I wouldn't have noticed.

If it ain't broken, don't fix

People are enticed to buy the newest Iphone model with only marginal changes.

My brother, this thing u said is typical of Nigerian businesses. Once the business is profitable, the enterpreneur stops being creative and that does it......then you have stagnant businesses everywhere......still profitable but they never grow!!
My dear business in Nigeria is like civil service o. The moment you try upgrading, FIRS, LGA COUNCIL, STATE GOVERNMENT, POLICE, AGBEROS, EVEN PHCN will help you share the profit.

I perceive this woman's call has been received by Baba God!

how are you sure her story is real or true..so a graduate from Manchester will turn to a porter in Nigeria..how are we sure she finished from the said university or even attended the university

you Nigerians just love sensational stories without investigating..soon you will be donating money to a lost cause.

nairaland is meant to be a discussion forum that doesn't host anything except a 13mb(at maximum) picture and it's serving its purpose.

That's why you still have YIM on your profile?
That's why Nairaland doesn't a dedicated CS email not to talk of phone number?
That's why all that has changed in the last decade is removal of 0 pagination?

If you've ever run a profitable business you won't be typing this.

Nairaland is not serving its purpose to the fullest.

Don't you get that clowdware error message sometimes when u want to post

Its a sign of lapses.

Every invention, everything need improvement with time or else it will become outdated.

It's just that Nigerians are not ready to compete with Nairaland, they are busy creating blogs and trying to outblog Linda Ikeji, if not, a strong competitor would have dislodged Nairaland since

FACT!
