Plz how do I reset a camon X Pro taking pictures upside down.

I have backed up and do a factory reset and I have touched all settings parameters that has to do with camera orientation but it still takes pictures upside down

Do I need to flash it? Kindly help.

Does the phone rotates?
If not; then the sensor is bad and that's the reason.

Hardware issue. Your front camera has stopped working. That's why your back camera is turning upside down

The phone doesn't rotate... Just checked that now

So the sensor needs to be changed? Plz where on the panel is it attached?

Tecno, infonix sensors are usually bundled with the calibrator screen. But it may be different on this one. So contact your engineer for assistance.

Thanks for the response... Pls is this problem under what warranty covers?... It's just 6 months old phone

The sensor has stopped working" and that's what tells the camera the position it takes photos.
So contact carlcare for assistance

Most of the time this happen if there is a shift in the connection of the front camera. That rotation thesis is strange.

Take it to tech to clip the front camera proper for u. That's all

Just take it to calcare, they'll have a solution
