Hello Nairalanders! I submitted documents for legalization/DoV last year, though my visa application was not successful surprisingly, now am thinking of reapplying this year and I will probably need my DoV.

Wondering if I should write the consulate requesting for it as I only want to bother about pre enrollment this year if I secure admission and not legalization.

In a nutshell, can I get my DoV of last year from the consulate now?

Did you use a computer to register? I am using a smartphone for it. Have done what you advised me to do and still not working yet.

If you or your parents have a good bank statement, please add it, I do tell people that there is nothing like over documentation, so long its all genuine.

They said I have not paid for the course I want to study. I was given an option to appeal the refusal in Rome through an Italian lawyer, but passed it on.

Goodevening house, please I am new here and need help, I just got admitted into university of cassino and southern Lazio,
I am based in abuja and I just got to realise I have to go to Lagos for legalisation and pre enrolment .
My question is this, can I do both of them the same day? Both legalization and pre enrolment ??

I called the VFS office and they said that I may or may not certify my documents at the ministry.

Is there anyone that got a visa without certification or is there anyone who didn't certify and was rejected?

Is it cheaper to get a good laptop in Italy or Nigeria?

@psalmstrings yes it will be accepted. He was recommended by the consulr re f buja to me. He was a former staff for 16yrs. Before he retired like the other translator (mama) who just retired.
The consular affirmed to me in his mail that "it is welcomed".
