I don't know if it has been hacked...I was told to upload a pix which I did,yet I still can't log in

I have done that...it's still giving the same image....and this is not my first fb account...that's what it does that makes me open new accounts....but I was told not to open another one again...I'm confused[color=#990000][/color]

If it's a consistent case, I'm pretty sure a compromised bug/malware has been planted on ur device.
The best option is to format ur phone and hence create another account

pls,how can I do the formatting? I open the different FB accounts in from different phones at different times

What do you mean it's still giving me this picture, you really shouldn't get this picture lately. You want me to say that they respond to you simply that you need to verify yourself once again ? I couldn't believe that, you should get at least some template responce from them.

One of the adverse effects of borrowing people's phone to access your social media accounts. I find it kinda surprising people still do that. I thought that high level of retardness died along with 2GO and Mxit.

This time use browser and not Facebook app

Your account was logged in from and unfamiliar location.... Probably some phisher have gotten access to your account
