Ugbe Dominic aka Paperboi, a 200 level Guidance and Counseling student of the Cross River State University of Technology (CRUTECH) has drowned in a swimming pool at a hotel in Calabar.

The incident occurred on Friday, May 11, 2019, during a pool party organized by his department. Paperboi allegedly drowned while participating in a swimming competition.
