Justice Mary Odili excused herself from the case considering that she is from Rivers State and her husband is a PDP member.

For those making excuse for Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa whose husband, 2 brothers and son are members of the ruling party and have cases in her court and her constituting all the election Appeal court tribunals is not only a conflict of interest but the infliction Of biggest injury on our judiciary and democratic values.

Justice Bulkachuwa must excuse herself from all election related cases and disbanding all the tribunals she constituted as their independence, objectives and fairness to all parties is grossly impaired.

Justice Bulkachiwa, A Woman On A Mission To Kill The Judiciary and Our Democracy.

1] The Federal High Court, Abuja has asked Alhaji Adamu Bulkachuwa, Justice Zainab Bulkachiwa's husband to Stop parading himself as Bauchi North Senator Elect.

2] Alhaji Adamu Bulkachuwa (APC) has gone to the Appeal Court to challenge Alhaji Usman Tuggar's Court victory and Justice Zainab Bulkachiwa will be presiding over the case.

3] Justice Bulkachuwa with her connection in the Judiciary was alleged to ensured that this pre-election suit, filed by Tuggar suffer series of adjournment to ensure that Justice Bulkachuwa's name remain on the ballot for APC on the election day.

4] Apart from this case, Justice Bulkachuwa's husband, Adamu has an election tribunal case that is ending up in her court or the tribunal she constituted against the PDP candidate.

5] Justice Bulkachuwa's brother, the Gombe state governor election is in the Tribunal with the PDP's candidate and she refuses to stay away from the election tribunal cases.

6] Her son is a lawmaker elect and has an election tribunal case that will eventually end up in her case.

7] Justice Bulkachuwa's second brother, APC stalwart and a close confidant of President Buhari is also a Permanent Secretary in the Presidency.

8] It is impossible for Justice Bulkachuwa to be independent with what her immediate family have benefited from the APC and President Buhari.

9] Objective and fairness in cases within Justice Bulkachuwa's jurisdiction will be impaired because she is a direct beneficiary of the verdict of the cases she is handling.

10] Justice Bulkachuwa must NOT expect Nigerians to go to court to challenge her suitability or flood the streets protesting this conflict of interest and her premeditated moves to undermine the results of all the election cases throughout the country as she selected the judges for all the tribunal cases and have a big influence over them.
