To build this house to this current stage took us about 51 days. We are working on ways to make building delivery faster, while making sure the process is followed professionally, and with safety as our watch word. 6 Likes |

Oga Spyder. Well done on your projects! The only thing i see lacking in most of these homes is electricity. The issue of water supply in Naija homes have been solved via boreholes now a routine feature, so should power supply be solved via solar panels as a routine feature. You Engineers and builders should work with solar panel agents and companies to work towards installing more homes with solar panels. It will always be better to do so during roofing. Nigeria with ample amount of sunshine and almost non-existent public power supply is a goldmine for solar companies if they are determined to resist the urge to install fake products and genuinely help customers to totally meet their electricity needs through properly installed solar panels. Once some houses with 100% solar powered electricity begin to pop up here and there, more people will have the confidence to invest in solar panels through the witnesses of those who invested and benefited from uninterrupted power supply. OreMI22:Thank you for you intelligent input and suggestions, I have my electrical workers always making provisions for solar connections right from the decking stages, and we provide for pipes in the roofing stages too. However, it will depend on the client to understand the need for solar power and pay for the installation. Solar power is gaining more grounds and more buildings are connecting to it, but it has not gained the type of wide acceptance that everyone can use it without issues. I have solar experts whom I analyse costs with and work on possible installation methods and the efficiency. But your points are well noted. Thanks. 5 Likes |
