The ciach doesn't like Malcom, the 3 weeks Messi was injured Malcom played just once( against Madrid in copa del rey) and he scored the equalizer. He was the only threat Barca had in that match. On our lack of strikers, the problem is Bartomeu and Valverde who lacks courage required of a coach to adjust his formation and bench suarez who was performing too woefully. Suarez is only going to get worse. Erick Abidal should equality take some blames, as sporting director, he's directly involved in transfer of players, but he hasn't signed a striker.
Only the next board elections can save Barca from going back to pre-Cruyff era.

The way I see this, is different sha. Barca's hierarchy include Bartomeu, Abidal, Valverde and Messi. If anybody is being signed, that person must work efficientlly with Messi, Malcolm can't besides the price Malcolm was bought at and the price Coutinho and Dembele were bought at will tell their importance to the team, Malcolm was always going to be a backup to while Dembele and Countinho were supposed to be starters. Also Valverde is a man under authority, he is not Guardiola neither is Barca Man city, those investing in Barc need returns on their money, you don't sign two players for a combined 240+ million Euros and bench them for Malcolm that cost less than 50m. It's not done anywhere. Well I have always loved Suarez but dude is old now and extremely injury prone, it's time to look forward and that's why I slowly tilting towards the signing of Griezman.

Well i might not really like the boy for now but i really think signing him will benefit both barca and the boy. I believe we have what it takes to bring him at the top of his game. He has physical potentials pace strength and even height and with there is absolutely no way he won't improve immensely in barca . I really hope we go through with it and sign him. Would be quite fascinating to have and watch dembele de jong, arthur, malcolm, alena and hopefully de ligt and rashford . Together they will improve each ithersAll game and resillience; All of them with massive potentials they just need to stay fit and improve their games

Malcom can't work with messi?, and is it right to prefer a player over another because of their transfeer fees?. Isn't it the coach's job to decide lineups?. Won't Griezman be another million dollar flop?.If they need returns on their, money, isn't the signing of expensive flops be a complete waste?, since they can't perform and can't be sold at same price they were bought Barca need a new board to turn the club away from mediocrity. Right now Barca have very poor decision making both on and off the pitch

Zidane won 3 UCL trophies yet he left cos he wasn't given free reign to get players he needed. Madrid suffered so he was brought back but on the condition that he was given free reign. Since Enrique left, we have signed so many players that did well and so many others that did poorly. Valverde is doing enough, it wasn't Valverde that made Dembele pass into Allisson's hand in the 1st leg, I won't exonerate Valverde but I won't lay all the blame at his feet too.
In Barca we need a winger or forwards that can play that left wing since nobody born of a woman can operate from the right better than Messi, Coutinho keeps dropping deep or disappearing, Dembele is either injured or off form or annoying his fans. Griezman can solve that problem at least for now, he is still 29 and if by May 30,2020 we are in UCL finals it will be a worthy buy.

All our signings since 2017 have been flops or near-flops and Griezman is just going to be one of them. The players saving Barca are those who were there before Enrique left. No one blames Valverde for Dembele's poor finish. And no he isn't doing enough, his mediocrity is evidently clear. Griezman, De ligt(if they come) and De jong won't solve our problems. Watch how Valverde will turn them into, average players or even worse.

It isn't the coach's fault if we lose with dignity (like Manchester city did), but to lose embarrassingly with all the arsensl at his disposal is very well his fault. It is now common to see Barca panick,especially in away matches, it happen against Liverpool and you know the result, that's what Ernesto has turned Barca into; a team that panicks even before the opponent scores a goal. It didn't happend before, not with Enrique, not with Vilanova, not with Pep, not with Rijkaard not even with Tata Martino.

If the quality of play and the mentality of the whole team is poor, it's damn well the coach's fault. You can't win if the mentality isn't there, Klopp knew this, he worked on it and the Liverpool at anfield was different from Liverpool at Camp Nou. They did this even after injuries to key players.
Valverde's Barcelona is the worst in terms of character and mentality I have seen since 2005. Get ready for a third consecutive European nightmare.
