As a traditional ruler, if you feel different about government policies, meet or call them on phone to express your opinion or advice rather than rush to media just for publicity and attention. You're father to all, be it APC or PDP, your public utterances should not be seen as approval or disapproval of a party at the expense of the other. Sanusi really needs to be taught some lessons, all he said about Ganduje's rail project is something he could simply meet the governor and discuss with him but since he wanted media attention, and he should face the music. I use to think monarchs are independent to some extent that the government cannot dethrone them since they were not installed by them but I know better now. Ganduje would have dethroned him and kept asingle emirate this 5 emirate thingy is not the most ideal. Besides, Ganduje is flaunting a court ruling by installing the new emirs already |

I have never heard of an emir who does not try to undermine Southern Nigeria and Sanusi is one of them. His period in the Central Bank was used to create Islamic banking, disrespect a Southern president and undermine christian efforts - today he seeks support from the same people he worked against. Probe him not only for stealing from Kano treasury but also from the Central bank - and give him the same disgrace as Abacha did to Dasuki! |
