Hope u doing well.

Please did u visit the vfs? Is there any explanation maybe regarding the delays

I went to the VFS Global office yesterday. They said study and permanent residence Visas take time, and if I think it is taking too long, I should ask my institution to write to the Embassy.

What an answer.
I just hope they would never refuse a visa on the account of late.

Because I dont understand how they could hold on to a passport for over 3 months

The chances that undergraduate study visa will be granted is very slim unless the school assured the Embassy that she can still enroll.Already exam is about to start and lectures end this Friday. If it was honours ,masters and PhD for second semester the visa will be issued. More importantly they believed that if she is issued the visa now what will she be doing in SA in MAY AND JUNE?Check from the school if her registration and payments are still valid.Sorry for the pain.... Most times they delayed unnecessary due to backlogs

They really do not care because now they have more students coming from SADC countries and China compare to before. Even some courses like medicine are not offered to Nigerians

You can do it yourself, you don't need any Agent.
Your passport might take up to 2months to be processed. I had a million naira in my bank statement but I learnt 700k is cool too.
The processing fees defer with location.
