I bought it Toks last month. So I have used Total 5000 first time

Use total Quartz 9000 and ensure you replace the timing belt waterpump and tensioner with original parts as soon as possible.

Naija used Kia and civic ain't advisable, since ur budget can't get u a toks civic then I suggest u settle for a naija used yaris, with 1m I'm confident u would get a value for ur money. But u mentioned she likes fine interior which a yaris doesn't have. So I'm thinking a corolla, interioir is moderate, can't be compared to a Honda of same grade though. Also u might have to step ur budget up a Lil for a clean and well maintained corolla(03-06)

Good day Gazzuzz,
I kindly need your expert advice. I use a Toyota Camry 2007 and of recent it's giving some weird issues like the RPM falling below zero and returning to normal. This makes it sometimes to drag and has delayed acceleration.

My mechanic scanned it today and said it has this fault code P0986 which he says relates to the gearbox and that he will have to work on it which will involve changing a particular sensor.
On a side note I changed the gearbox in September 2017 and have done corrective maintenance on it once in December.

I am quite sceptical and want your take on this.

In that case corollas are prone to abuse, this is because people believe corollas are strong and people tend to ignore basic maintenance routine.. They will say na toyota it is rugged etc.. So just because car is rugged ,we should ignore proper maintenance routine? My experience in Ehailing has taught me a lot about nigerian maintenance culture, look at our infrastructure for example, smh ... look at the International airport for example.. Should I continue?
