This business model is risky in Nigeria because there is no agency to vet the parties. I don’t want to share living space with a criminal.

I rented one on the island at 250k a month.
Paid 500k for 60days. This was discounted rate. I don't wanna mention the part of the Island, but it was very Island.

Catch them during offpeak period and na you go do shakara, but it is never as expensive as OP claims. I haven't seen though.
