My right hand breast has been paining me for d past two days now. I'm currently in my fertility window but I don't think that d pain is related to my ovulation period cos I've never experienced such. Mamas, am afraid oo! Pls, has anyone experienced this? If yes, how did u manage it? Pls, I need your advice on what to do. Thank you all.

When they asks questions, tell them you're open to suggestions or just smile and wave it off. I know it's not easy but hang in there and God will surely visit you soon.

From what you wrote, i think the relationship between you two is strained, and that's why she didn't call to inform you of her delivery.

I really don't think you should go visiting, as most likely your visit might not be welcomed or appreciated.

She stopped coming to your house when she was pregnant, she didn't tell you of her delivery, and now you want to go visiting. Mbok please stay in your house and wish them well from far.

Then for the womb watchers, don't let them get to you. It's not easy but you just have to try. Have had my fair share of them too.

Good day mama's am a ttc with a regular period if 28 days but for the past 1 year i usually have a delayed period it stays 30 -34 days. This ovulating thing I really do not understand and shame had not permitted me to ask people around . Is it the one that look whitish like oat kind of, that come out of a woman? If yes, then I have not seen mine for like two years now.

If the discharge is oat like or cheesy kinda, it may be a sign of infection. When you ovulate, you'll see Egg White Cervical Mucus (EWCM) I.e. that transparent stretchy thingy. Some people ovulate and even take in without seeing it. Google for more info.
