I'm a fan of meaningful action movies. Avengers isn't one of them. How come Thanos came to earth in brightness but the fight scene was dark as if they are in space. The back from time stuff is out of point.

So, with thor's lightning and spaceships dropping bombs from the sky, do you expect the scene to be a bright day? Hubris and lightning will have an effect.....

I still remember the scene when jake was rallying the nav'i telling them that the sky people have sent them a message that they can take what they want and now it is time for them to send their own message,and he asked them to seek out other clans,i think one toruk something,so that they would collectively send the skypeople(humans) their own message that this is their land and he ended saying that the nav'i believe you're born twice and its the second time you take your place with them forever.
i also remember when they attacked the basestation and col.miles (can't really remember his name),came out with that giant robo suit and began unleashing hell.

Lightning accompanied with Thunder comes from Cumulonimbus clouds which are not dark clouds as you stated. The dark clouds you see drifting before a heavy Thunderstorm are Stratus cloud. Because they are below the base of the Cumulonimbus cloud, people erroneously think they produce the lightning.
