The Lagos State Police Command, on Sunday, said it captured a nursery worker in an auxiliary school.

The Command's representative, DSP Bala Elkana affirmed the capture in an announcement on Sunday.

As indicated by Elkana, on May 16, at about 2.40pm, Iponri Police Station got a grumbling from Jubril Martins Memorial Grammar School Iponri.

The grievance said that on May 15, at about 4.40pm, a cultivator with the said School connected with a 16-year-old SSS 3 understudy in a battle along Oke-Olu Road Iponri.

He said that simultaneously, the understudy tumbled down and wound up oblivious and was hurried to Smith Medical Hospital where he later kicked the bucket.

"Onlooker accounts demonstrate that the expired individual was returning home with his companions in the wake of composing WAEC and the speculate blocked him in transit and pulled him down, on the allegation that the perished understudy had offended him previously.

"Manslaughter analysts from State Criminal Investigation Department Yaba, have visited the wrongdoing scene, the cadaver of the perished is stored at the funeral home for post-mortem examination," he said.

As indicated by him, the suspect has been captured and will be charged to court for homicide.
