It's not only Ruggedman that was pissed at the nonsense that Naira Marley was saying and anyone can report anyone to EFCC. Rugged already said he didn't report the guy.

Let's just leave Ruggedman out of all this and see it for what it is, Marley was silly and he's having the consequences.
