I suspect they are cancelling the orders for those people who opened new aliexpress account so as to benefit from the $3 coupon (in addition to the $6 coupon I hear people talking about). If you do this and proceed to pay with a card you've already used on aliexpress before, they'll cancel your order after a few hours or days even tho it showed you PAYMENT SUCCESSFUL

currently i feel they are inundated by the thousands of orders maybe that's why they are cancelling some orders
