I recharged my phone with 200 and 250 naira respectively with my gtbank app. 200 naira was credited into my account and 250 was missing and I was debited. I called the customer care line the lady started explaining that when you recharge from your bank any amount that is not a multiple of 100, the airtime will be multiplied by 4 and added to an account that is not your main Glo account. I guess is bad customer service on their own side. |

Nathphil:You can't recharge with extra 50 naira like 150 250 350 etc else na bonus u go get... They should try to raise more awareness though |
