I want to build a 2 bedroom duplex in a plot of land measured 293 square meters. I want to build a 2 bedroom duplex. First floor 2 rooms only. Ground floor lounge, kitchen & dinning. I have 6.5 million for the skeleton. Will this amount be enough for the skeleton? No offense please |
