The Supreme Court has voided all votes cast for the All Progressives Congress in the 2019 elections in Zamfara state. The Supreme Court has fixed May 24 for judgment in the appeals over the disqualification of candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Zamfara State.

The demonic part was caught doping and subsequently banned for life in Zamfara with the Umbrella party being upgraded to its rightful place of first in the Governorship, Senate, HoR, HoA.

PDP the only Nationalist party in Nigeria with at least one state in the 6 geopolitical zones and 2 in the dullards region of the North West, unlike the regional janjaweeed party.

I am not fooled by this judgement. This is just a ploy by the acting CJN to make himself appear fair, so that he will remain as the CJN and possibly be allowed to sit in judgement on the case that Atiku will eventually bring to the supreme court. This is where he will do his hatchet job of awarding Buhari the legal victory, that will authenticate his presidency.


I hope PDP strategists are deft enough to follow my logic on this. This is just a game plan. Award PDP a state, and give APC the country, while at the same time, making the acting CJN seem straight-forward. Don't fall for this oldest trick in the book

The Supreme Court has declared that the All Progressives Congress (APC) had no candidates in the 2019 general elections in Zamfara state.

The five-member panel of justices, in a unanimous judgment on Friday, held that the party in the state failed to conduct primaries in accordance with the party rules.

In the lead judgment by Justice Paul Adamu Galinji, the apex court held that all votes cast for the APC as “wasted votes” and declared that all political parties with the second highest votes in the elections and the required spread, are elected to the various elections.

The panel also awarded cost of N10m against APC in favour of the Kabiru Marafa faction of the APC and other respondents in the appeal.

The justices sounded a note of warning to politicians against destroying the country’s democracy.

This means that even the incumbent who is a Senator-Elect is also affected.....as the party with the second-highest votes will claim all positions across board.....

There was no other judgement than this that could have been given, it was just too glaring and obvious that APC was just playing its usual lawless and rascally games. Congratulations to the PDP!

The Supreme Court has held that the All Progressive Congress, APC, did not have any valid candidate in all the elections that held in Zamfara State. The apex court, in a unanimous judgment that was delivered by a five-man panel of Justices led by the Acting Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Justice Tanko Muhammad, held that the ruling party did not conduct valid primary elections to nominate candidates for any elective position in the state.

It maintained that the Sokoto Division of the Court of Appeal was right when it held that the APC did not filed any eligible candidate in the 2019 general election in Zamfara State. Consequently, the apex court, in its lead verdict that was prepared and delivered by Justice Paul Galinje, dismissed an appeal the APC lodged to challenge the appellate court’s judgement. Besides, Justice Galinje, awarded a cost of N10million against the APC. “I find that the lower court was right in holding that there where no primary elections in Zamfara State. “The appeal had no merit and it should be dismissed.

It is accordingly dismissed. ” The party that has no candidate cannot be declared winner of the election. Therefore, all votes that are credited to such party is deemed as wasted voted. “Candidates of parties with highest number of valid votes cast with the required spread stands elected in Zamfara”, the Supreme Court held. By this unanimous judgement, all candidates of the APC that won elections in Zamfara State, including its governor-elect, Alhaji Mukhtar Idris, have been sacked. More details soon.
