On Monday Fulani herdsmen attacked my friends family at benue with five other houses the shot the friends mother on her stomach and kneel cap butchered their gate man and driver and made away with a Hilux, we have reported to the police and I sent a message to the son in America and their company and embassy allowed him emergency travel he came back on Tuesday but was arrested at NNAMDI AZIKIWE INTL AIR PORT ABUJA they said he came with a contrabound drug which he got for her mum to help heal the gun powder in her stomach, he was cleared of the drug in USA AIR PORT because it's legal there and he has no knowledge it's illegal in Nigeria, the NDLEA OFFICER told us they have him because of the drug that we should pay for his release we begged them with the situation on ground they refused we hustled for money even a Doctor Who was treating the mum contributed so he can be released and come back then go to western union where he made deposits upon coming back and withdraw money and pay her mums hospital bills but upon paying the money they switched off the man's phone which they have been using to contact us and which they used to send us the account to make payment. We have searched online for their office contact but it's not available. They switched on the phone early in the morning and won't pick it when it's ringing, please anybody with any contact we can call to report this issue to please help. We asked them to tell us the name of the drug they refused we said OK give the man phone they gave him phone and asked him to put it on loud speaker upon I asking the name of the drug so the man can answer me they slapped him and tell him not to answer. The background voice was saying I THINK AM SMART ABIH THAT THE MAN IS WEARING GOLD CHAIN AND EATING MONEY ABROAD THE HE MUST BRING MONEY

It's wasn't remita it's a personal account...we actually heard siring wirning upon taking him to the station, we asked them to turn it off when we couldn't hear them clearly on phone they did.

This is serious. Since the person in question was arrested at the airport, it is so easy to trace the NDLEA men. Better still get a lawyer along.
Hope the woman is still alive.

...she is, only that the hospital has done their best and might give up on her and the woman is staying with her 6years old granddaughter which she tried everything possible to hide from the herdsmen and the herdsmen didn't see the little girl, the girl was even the one that went out to call for help and people helped and took her grandma to hospital... She's on oxygen but I don't know how long the hospital can give her the oxygen and blood

Demand for his physical contact along with a lawyer, thing will get started then. Its unlawful to detain someone for 24 hours without access to his lawyer. Get a good lawyer asap and visit the ndlea office in abuja

this country is gone. The man travelled for a greener pasture and getting to his country you arrested him because you saw a gold chain on him. Even if you want him to give you something why can't they just ask? In fact,are they the one that worked for him abroad. Going out of this country is problem, coming back to na wahala.
