A 6-year-old girl has been rushed to the Ondo State specialist hospital in Okitipupa, due to excessive bleeding as a result of being violently raped by a notorious man identified as Jimmy. The incident happened, yesterday, in Irele and the perpetrator is currently on run. The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists, NAWOJ, has now charged the Ondo State Police Command to swing into action and bring the perpetrator to book. According to an eyewitness, the police is not ready to take up the case and the girl was initially returned to her parents. Her father is identified as Tosin Abosede and his contact number is given as O8148543959.
