For every 10 staff you see there maybe only 2 made a second class upper. If you put NNPC staff beside beside IOCs it is like ratio 10-100. Please don't assume what you don't know.

You guys that don't know anyone should not feel discouraged, there's always a space for those that truly put their hope in God. Just give your best throughout the excercise and God will do the rest..

They got employed on merit, if you come from a state that doesn't have competition, you can easily succeed, I have come tops in a couple of national examinations so its no fluke.
