I'm afraid I'll have to go with Gazzuzz on this, my elder sister is a gynaecologist - She has never owned anything apart from a Corolla/Civic... I think medical practitioners and lawyers are very prudent and shrewd spenders.

Only maintenance I've had to do so far is with my brakes and an exhaust leak. Pretty happy so far.



No point stereotyping professions. There are lots of variables. Doctors aren't paid that much in Nigeria, plus the nature of the job calls for a reliable car in case of emergency calls. A Camry or Corolla fits that profile.

And still, I know doctors driving Hyundais, Mercs, Hondas. There's no fool-proof formula to this.

That profession depends on being punctual and readily available.

That directly leads to reliability, and ability to withstand abuse for a period of time, which the Camry and Corolla scores huge points in. The profession does not have the luxury of visiting a mechanic shop "often".

1 drive Corolla
1 drive Rav4
1 drive Camry big daddy.
1 unmarried with no car.
