I think that's why they didn't let those who took the Graduate Engineer test in February take this one. Someone listed the conprehensions topics here and they were the exact ones I came across in my test today.

I just wanna give this a trial, I actually graduated with a second class lower division and I applied for the information analyst and was shortlisted for the test... For those that Av written the test before, How strict is the screening process while checking the certificate and nysc discharge certificate

Issue now is, test is the same day with nnpc

Wait till nnpc sends their test information. The day I wrote the procurement analyst dragnet test, I heard one of the examiner say you can write at any time slot, that the exam will be on up until 4pm. So chances that you can still write both is there. But chances that you will get a fair chance of getting the job without knowing anybody is higher for Exxon than Nnpc.
