just contact support and they will work on it. The support team usually respond immediately

same here, but later used opera mini and was able to upload. Change the browser you are using and try it again.

Download Chrome browser on ur PC and use it to record the video and upload ....


Firefox and Opera were not responding yesterday when I did mine.....Chrome did
