The uniform worn for the parade showed malnourished men not fitted not arranged just name it.. Look at North korea.. See their parade nah even as poor as they are!!! abi is it Russia, that their women parade is 10:10 with their uniform, boots fitted and the most powerful man in the world Putin inspects the parade...
