That's an insult vp talks anyhow in the name of joke, the greatest shocker is coming when Atiku will take over aso villa and PDP taking over Nass leadership

Our constitution is flawed. The timing of 4th anniversary of Buhari's swearing in as president in 2015 did not lapse at 12am. Technically if he was sworn in at 12 noon 29th May 2015, his tenure would lapse at 11:59am 29th May 2019.

With this, it would mean that he must be sworn in at 12 noon on 29th May 2019 to avoid a vacuum. The VP ought to know this naaaaau. Saraki obviously knew this hence his silence
