The age of the couple is not an issue and not new.
The real issue is the denial of the father of the girl his rights weather he paid her mother's dowry or not.
Where were Regina's mother's family all these years when she was having children for the man without dowry? Not just one or a hit and run affair but 3-4 children!?
They're saying he has no right to Regina's dowry? What does the law say about paternity in or outside marriage for a child of a couple indispute?
